A punk rock aficionado, Slayer guitarist Jeff Hanneman started a short-lived hardcore band in 1984 with Dave Lombardo and Suicidal Tendencies guitarist Rocky George. They were called Pap Smear.

Despite being an old demo tape never officially released, it is well written and the quality of the music contained is perfectly understandable.
