I know I am more than a month late, but I had to dedicate a post to one of my favorite MC’s and one half of the greatest Hip-Hop duo EVER in my opinion. When I read about Guru passing away, I was skeptical and sad at the same time. I first found out from the Scratch Perverts post on Facebook. As I looked for more info I was deeply depressed to find out Guru succumed to cancer. Ironically I was wearing my Gang Starr hoodie that day.
Unfortunately there will never be another Guru or another Gang Starr album. But I wanted to post up the numerous Guru dedication mixes I have found throughout the blogging community.
Gifted Unlimited Rhymes Universal. You will be missed. Rest in Peace brother…
